1- The number 1121 specifically identifies the variety of rice which developed after a lengthy breeding period, crossing one strain with another, over and over with modern Indian natural agricultural technology until the grain of rice becomes longer than usual until what we now know as Basmati or Sella has become the consumer choice. The first commercial production of the crop was released in 2003. 

2- All Galaxy rice products are 100% free of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and this is printed on the rice bags, according to the requirements of the GCC countries and Saudi specifications.

3- The symbol of a green color-filled circle inside a white square with a green outline on the rice package indicates that the contents are 100% Vegetarian.
